I have been using the mossback fish rack system for about four months now and I absolutely love them! Each of the 12 I've put out are all holding lots of fish. I used a few under docks and we have been catching slabs under these docks now! The biggest fish we have pulled in this year so far off of a Mossback measured 17" and weighed 2.5 pounds. I believe in Mossbacks product and I back it 100% and I will not use any other after using this, there is no reason too!!

My suggestion if you are going to hang them under a dock or along a bluff line is to find the darkest area of the dock or bluff and hang them there. On bluffs look for an over hang and tie them to the bluff using either a rock or driving a concrete nail into the bluff. I like it when you hang a pile on a bluff to where fish can swim all the way around it, so over hangs are important.
On Docks I hang them in the back of the slips closest to the walkway and push the rope they are tied to way up under the dock where no one can see it for one and to not hit it while we are fishing. I typically put my piles down 10 to 20 feet deep. I do not put a pile in unless the dock is in at least 20 feet of water.

I have also put a few 10 footers in the mouths of small coves near river channels and on the channel bends of creeks and river channels. Again, I put these piles deep in 20 to 35 feet of water. They have been holding large numbers of fish and I have been able to put customers right over top of them without getting hung up or spooking the fish.
